An excited Victorian woman plans to shower her husband in champagne tonight to celebrate their $1 million TattsLotto win.

The couple, from the town of Portland on the state's south west coast, held one of the six division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 4205, drawn Saturday, November 6 – scoring $1,015,392.69.

After missing a call from The Lott yesterday, the winning woman was ecstatic to discover her life-changing win this morning when she picked up the phone.

“I’m a millionaire?! What the hell! Please tell me this isn’t a prank! Please tell me you aren’t joking!” the winning woman screamed.

“You have no idea what this means. This is making me cry so much,” she cried happily.

“I’m feeling really lightheaded. I think I am going to pass out, I need to sit down!”

Once the Victorian winner eventually settled down, she claimed the million-dollar win was an absolute blessing and she planned to surprise her husband this evening.

“Oh my god. I can’t wait to tell my husband. I need a fun way to let him know! Maybe I will do champagne showers and tell him we’re millionaires,” the excited winner said.

“We might also plan a dinner with some friends and our family tonight to celebrate too. It’ll be low-key, but still fun!”

When asked how the couple planned to spend their windfall, the emotional woman said the possibilities were endless.

'What can’t I do, is the question?'

“I’m so overwhelmed though that I am not really sure what I’ll do. What can’t I do, is the question?” she asked.

She went on to say: “Well, we definitely will help our family a bit.”

“This will definitely be used so we can really enjoy our retirement in the future too.”

The couple’s winning 12-game entry was purchased at Matt's Lotto Cards & Gifts, Portland, where the owner Matthew Jowett said he was joining in the celebration.

“We’ve popped up some balloons and streamers and we’ve been sharing the news with all of our customers. They are all so excited and hoping they’re next to buy a division one winning ticket from our outlet,” explained Mr Jowett.

“The entire team would love to congratulate the winning pair. We hope it brings them so much happiness and joy,” he added.

“We love hearing about Portland locals winning and we can’t believe we’re the ones to have sold the division one winning ticket.”

The winning numbers in TattsLotto draw 4205 were 33, 28, 15, 30, 11 and 39, while the supplementary numbers were 35 and 19.
