Out of control car caught on camera ploughing into lamp post
A driver in Victoria has caught on camera the frightening moment another motorist's car speared across two lanes of traffic into a street lamp.
The collision sent the lamp post cart wheeling to the ground as a plume of dust arose where the car ran off the road.
Shocked passengers in the car with the dash camera can be heard swearing and blaming the driver of the crashed vehicle as the scene unfolds.
The video was uploaded to the popular Dash Cam Owners Australia Facebook page, which said the accident occurred on Western Ring Road at Campbellfield in Melbourne on Wednesday.
The driver of the white truck appears to lose control of the rear of their vehicle, sending it careering across two lanes of traffic and into the dirt.
It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the crash.
