Summer is set to heat up on Sunday as Bunbury's beauties will once again get an opportunity to strut their stuff on the catwalk at the Parade Hotel with the first heat of the 2015 Miss Summer Parade.

Starting at 2pm, a group of beautiful women will begin the annual event by taking to the catwalk for an opening routine before two bikini rounds, a chance to show off their favourite dress and then some time to say goodbye to the crowd.

An experienced panel of judges including familiar faces Clay Pratt and Cody Trimboli as well as former Miss Universe finalist Carli Panten.

Classique Model Management director and Miss Summer Parade organiser Tamara Dimov said there was a good number of entrants this year, but there was still room for more.

"I encourage people to get there early and book a table," she said.

"This year as always we have some good quality entrants.

"We also have a number of local sponsors which is great."

The number of finalists will be determined by the quality of entrants, with the second heat to be held on Sunday, January 18 before the final on February 1.
