Fans celebrate - Long Live the King

Millions of rock 'n' roll fans will celebrate what would have been Elvis Presley's 80th birthday today, but for some the King still lives.

One of the world's most loved singers and actors, Presley's poster adorned the walls of many female admirers and he dominated the airwaves through the 1950s, 60s and into the 70s.

Today he is still an icon and his songs are regularly played, with new material still appearing 38 years after his death.
