Teen saves boy’s life after noticing harrowing detail on livestream
A teen has saved another boy's life more than 1000km away after he witnessed him getting into trouble during a TikTok livestream.
Caden Cotnoir, 13, was watching a video from his home in the US state of New Hampshire of Trent Jarrett, 12, riding a four-wheeler in West Virginia.
However the 13-year-old noticed the video took a disastrous turn as Trent started to call on his followers for help.
"Caden says, 'I think he just crashed'," his stepfather, Matthew Currier, wrote on Facebook.
"The livestream lost the picture and all we could hear was the young boy screaming for help on the other end.
"The boy was able to shout out his grandfather's phone number and Caden heard it, and we were able to get an adult on the phone and tell him what we knew."

About 30 minutes later, Caden got a phone call back that Trent was okay and he had been pinned under the quad bike with no way out.
"The voice of his grandpa, grandma and 'daddy' saying, 'Thank you, you are his angel', to our son is unbelievable," Mr Currier added.
"Caden you are a hero tonight, you probably saved that boy's life because you didn't panic and you acted."
Caden's grandmother Brenda said it was a "true Easter miracle".
"Caden was in the right place at the right time," she said on Facebook.
Boy's quick-thinking act after crash
The teen boy told WMUR-TV after the crash he could hear Trent yelling out numbers.
“All of a sudden his phone goes kind of blank, you can see a little bit of light and you can just hear him yelling for help,” Caden said.
Trent added he yelled out the number for his grandparents' house as it was the only number he could remember.
After being trapped for about 20 minutes, he sustained minor cuts and bruises.
Caden had followed Trent because of the boys' shared interests, including hunting and fishing, WMUR reported.
The two met via Zoom on Monday and Trent said he'd like to thank Caden for everything he did.
