'What is that?' Disturbing images emerge from $120,000 'must-see' house

It’s probably a neat-freak’s worst nightmare but for about $120,000 this entire house could be yours.

The "must-see" house in Leavittsburg, in the US state of Ohio, is listed by Action Realty for A$121,000.

It has three to four bedrooms and a garage with two spaces.

“Home most likely needs a rehab loan or cash,” the listing reads.

No kidding.

Images from inside the house show the floors covered in clutter and garbage making the home resemble a landfill.

A couch in the living room appears intact but it’s covered with sheets, cloths and other discarded items which also cover the floor.

Mattresses and cables are also seen. One of the bedrooms is filled with discarded clothes and stuffed toys.

Unidentifiable item in kitchen biggest talking point

Another room features a blue, stained mattress amongst the rubbish but it’s the kitchen which has the most unusual find.

A type of mannequin or dummy is seen on the floor leaving viewers baffled.

Pictures of the derelict house were shared on Facebook with readers horrified by not just the conditions but also the odd mannequin object as one man asked what the item on the floor is.

“What isn’t on the floor?” one woman wrote.

Another woman wrote that the images gave her anxiety.

“Ew,” another woman wrote.

Some people theorised the object in the kitchen was actually a sex doll.

However, one man explained it’s possibly a badly damaged Rideamals toy horse. The Rideamals toy horse is a plastic rideable plaything for kids aged 3-7. It’s also possible children lived in the property judging by the presence of stuffed animals in one of the bedrooms.

Despite its state, not everyone was a “hard pass” on this fixer upper.

One woman wrote with a bit of TLC “you could flip this for a pretty penny with all that land”.

She might have a point too. The property is built on 3.7 hectares of land.
