'Ridiculously dangerous': P-plater snapped eating cereal while driving
A motorist in Perth was shocked to notice a woman eating a bowl of cereal whilst driving along the freeway.
The photograph, taken by a passenger on Marmion Avenue, shows the woman holding a bowl of cereal in one hand and a spoon in the other.
The image made its way to Western Australia's top cop, Police Commissioner Chris Dawson, who was angered by what he saw.
"The report I got was that the driver, who had their passenger take a photo of this, noticed because the car was weaving across the lane," he said.
"We've got that registration. They can expect a knock at the door."
The police commissioner said it was likely the P-plater would face a charge of careless driving, which could result in her losing her licence.
