Congressman Chaffetz walks back comments on choosing between iPhones or healthcare

Republican Rep. Jason Chaffetz of Utah told CNN’s “New Day” that lower-income Americans may have to prioritize how they spend their money when it comes to healthcare. While advocating for the new healthcare plan unveiled by House Republicans Monday, Chaffetz said they might have to choose between a new iPhone and healthcare. After facing criticism for his comments, he walked them back and clarified what he meant. This is not safe for YouTube.
