Urgent recall of baby bibs over choking hazard fears

A set of baby bibs sold at Best & Less stores across Australia is being urgently recalled amid choking fears.

A product safety notice for the 10-pack Baby Berry Bibs has been issued due to the washing care label not being securely stitched into the binding, creating the chance of it coming away.

“The satin looped care label may not be secure on some bibs,” authorities warned in the recall notice of the baby items available in colours medium blue, light green and medium pink.

If the care label becomes detached from the bib, it may pose a choking hazard if ingested by a baby,” the notice warned.
