Truck driver blasted after parking over two disabled spots
A truck driver in Tasmania has been criticised for parking across two disabled spots.
A photo of the truck parked across the two spots at The Tailrace Centre in Launceston was shared on Facebook on Friday.
The man who posted it said the driver didn’t have a disabled parking permit.
People responding on Facebook were furious with the driver.
“Nice wide parking bays though. Shame they’re taking up both of them of course,” one man wrote.
Others called it an example of “pure laziness” and “bloody stupid”.
Yahoo News Australia has been told the truck was only parked briefly for a quick drop off, and would have been across the parking spaces for only a few minutes.
