Toddler suffers face injuries in dog attack
A 20-month-old toddler has been hospitalised after being attacked by a dog in Adelaide.
The little girl was transported to hospital after being attacked by a dog on Thursday about 11.45am after paramedics attended a home in Elizabeth East.
A South Australia Ambulance spokeswoman told Yahoo7 the little girl suffered injuries to her face but she was “completely alert and conscious” as she was being taken to hospital.

A spokeswoman for the Women’s and Children’s Hospital said the little girl is currently in a stable condition.
