Man did not have a 'second of fun' on wife free holiday
You would not know it from looking at him, but this man is on an amazing free trip that he won to Puerto Rico.
The man known only as widgetdude on Reddit, won a free trip to San Juan but was not able to take his wife.
‘Won a trip to Puerto Rico and couldn’t take my wife. Didn’t have a single second of fun,’ he wrote on Reddit earlier this week.
‘I have a 6 month old, she [his wife] didn’t want to be away from her for that long and taking her made things very complicated with the type of trip it was,” he later added in the comments.
Devastated by his wife’s absence, the man took a few holiday snaps to show just how little fun he had without her.
The poor man looks like he had a miserable time on his own little holiday.
It looks like sitting on the plane without her was an absolute bore, as was drinking a glass of delicious sangria in the sunshine.
He had no fun sailing through crystal blue waters or sitting under a beautiful waterfall and it looks like he found snorkeling to be a massive hassle.
Even hitting the poker machines and playing video games could not bring a smile to his face.
Many people have questioned what fun and mischief the man got up to in-between taking his miserable holiday snaps.
And, for all those asking who took the photos, it was apparently a really dedicated friend.
Whether or not the man really did have any fun without his wife by his side is unknown, but he did return home with some very funny holiday snaps.
