Bunbury armed robberies may be linked: police

Armed robber holds up Bunbury store

South West Detectives investigating an armed robbery at a Domino’s pizza store in Bunbury last night believe it may be linked to the armed robbery at a Bunbury Subway on Monday.

Detectives have identified two people of interest in the robberies.

Two men entered the Sandridge Road store about 11:15pm armed with knives and demanded money from staff.

The armed robbers fled on foot with a sum of money.

It comes after two men stole about $1300 from the Parks Centre Subway store on Monday night.

Police are searching the area for CCTV footage and asking for help from anyone with information.

One of the men was described as between 20 and 23 years of age, fair skinned with a slim build and shaved or bald head.

He was wearing a black jacket, loose denim jeans and carrying a backpack.

The other was described as between 20 and 23 years of age, fair skinned with a medium build, wearing a black hooded jumper and blue wash pants.
