Drugs charges after house raid
A man has been charged with drug offences after Organised Crime Squad officers searched a house in Booragoon.
Police allege that while searching a property in Rankin Way yesterday, officers found items identified as being consistent with the manufacture of heroin.
It is alleged police also found smoking paraphernalia, cannabis, methylamphetamine and prescription medication.
A 43-year-old Booragoon man has been charged with offences including two counts of possessing a prohibited drug (methylamphetamine) and one count each of possessing a prohibited drug (heroin) and possessing drug paraphernalia.
He is due to appear in Perth Magistrate’s Court on April 10.
Police inquiries are continuing.
