Falcon seized under hoon laws
A Ford Falcon has been impounded and a 27-year-old Armadale man has been charged after allegedly doing burnouts on March 8.
A police spokesman said officers were called by residents who reported a vehicle being driven recklessly in Dural Way, Armadale.
The 27-year-old was charged yesterday with three counts of no authority to drive, and two counts of reckless driving.
His Ford Falcon vehicle was impounded and the man is due to appear in the Armadale Magistrate's Court on April 3.
