Busselton's sunsets are the best
Busselton sunsets have been named Australia's best.
A poll of more than 1000 people by travel provider Experience Oz put the Busselton sunsets ahead of those at Cable Beach in Broome (second), the Great Ocean Road (third), Glenelg (fourth) and Uluru (fifth).
Experience Oz digital marketing manager Matt Hobbs said the view of the sunset from Busselton's heritage- listed 1.8km jetty was "an experience not to be missed at an underrated destination".
Mr Hobbs said Australia, as an island, was in a unique position to create opportunities to view sunset from every angle.
