Retreat revels in WOW-ing its clients
The South Western Times WOW Customer Service Awards is on again and this year three businesses have been nominated.
Bridgetown-based business KalyaaNa Spa and Wellness Retreat is once again up for the award at this year’s Bunbury-Wellington Small Business Centre Small Business Awards after winning last year for setting a strong example in customer service.
KalyaaNa provides a holistic balanced approach to health, fitness and wellness, through their retreat, with the staff’s customer service pivotal to realising the business’s primary goal.
Owner Karen Civello said their whole focus was on customers.
“If a customer says jump, we say how high,” she said.
“Essentially nothing is too much trouble, it’s about meeting the guest’s needs whether that is spiritually, emotionally, mentally or physically.
“Exceeding our guest’s expectations is what we want to provide.”
Mrs Civello said ultimately the customer’s well-being was paramount.
“We work wholesomely with our guests,” she said.
Bunbury-Wellington Small Business Centre chief executive officer Fiona Fitzgerald said Mrs Civello and her business were nominated many times before last year’s win.
“Her whole retreat is built around nothing but the highest level of customer service, ” she said.
