Morning walker’s grim find on Aussie beach
Police are investigating after a body was found on a popular Adelaide beach.
Emergency services rushed to Glenelg North shortly after 6.30am after someone walking along the beach stumbled across the body.
South Australian Police and paramedics rushed to the scene following the grim discovery.
Parts of the beach have been closed, with the SES assisting with hiding the body from public view.
The investigation is in its early stages, with police seen at the beach taking photographs of the scene.
“Police need to conduct further investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the death,” SA Police said in a statement.
