Well, it is all over for this year and by the end of play today the endlessly smiling Grant Denyer will have given away $561,000 and six vehicles - not bad for a show that is only five months old. Family Feud has proved a bright spot in Ten's programming. In a year when most news has been bad for the network, this quiz show has been a hit. And much as I usually find Denyer endlessly irritating, he was the right pick for host. He bounces - and dances - around the stage encouraging the equally exuberant family teams to give it their all and so they do, some to an extraordinary degree judging by the clips from past shows.
