Baby death trial date
A teenager charged with the murder of his one-month-old son, who was allegedly assaulted at Bunbury hospital, could face trial next February.
The 15-year-old, who cannot be named because of his age, is accused of fatally injuring the infant in February.
He has yet to enter a plea, which is expected to take place in October, but a two-week trial date has been set aside.
The baby died a week after receiving critical head injuries on February 15, dying in his teenage mother's arms.
The father was a ward of the State at the time of the death.
