Police are asking drivers to steer clear of the intersection of Nicholson and Warton Roads after a crash between a car and moped in Canning Vale.
The crash occurred just after 8am, with the moped rider knocked from his bike.
A St John Ambulance spokeswoman said the moped rider may have suffered minor leg and arm injuries, but was otherwise unhurt.
Traffic has banked up in the area.
