Highway crash driver charged

Police have charged a 22-year-old Kenwick man over a crash which seriously injured a female passenger.

It will be alleged the man's Ford Falcon XR6 veered off Brand Highway near Dandaragan Road on November 2, last year.

A 27-year-old female passenger suffered serious injuries after being thrown from the car as it rolled several times.

The driver has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm and having no authority to drive.

He is due to appear in Moora Magistrates Court on July 9.
