Bayswater Police said the man was aged in his 30s, with fair skin, about 183cms tall, with a slim, toned build, short curly blond-brown hair and a tattoo on his left arm.

He was wearing a faded fluoro yellow or green shirt with ¾ length sleeves, dark pants and faded brown work boots.
