Second childcare centre crash in week

A driver crashed into a childcare centre in Highgate this morning.

The crash happened on Lord Street just after 8am.

A police spokesman said St John Ambulance officers were sent to the scene however no one was injured.

The extent of the damage is not yet known.

Police are investigating the crash. No one has been charged.

On Monday, a driver smashed into a wall of Goodstart Early Learning Centre on Forrest Road in Armadale before fleeing the scene.

No one was injured.
