Bombshell revelations from Cassie's fiancé cleared to be broadcast
Cassie Sainsbury's fiancé Scott Broadbridge has fled Colombia fearing for his life.
The news comes as Cassie's Australian legal team attempted to stop his tell-all interview with Seven's Sunday Night in the NSW Supreme Court today.
Cassie's lawyers had attempted to halt the program based on phone calls she made from her prison cell.
Justice John Sackar ruled that Sunday Night was free to broadcast the bombshell new revelations by Cassie's fiancé, who has been in Bogota for the past week.
Cassie was arrested at Bogota’s El Dorado International Airport on April 11 after 5.8 kilograms of cocaine was allegedly found in her luggage.
The 22-year-old from South Australia is facing 20 years behind bars.
