“It sucks,” he told Sunday Night’s Denham Hitchcock in an exclusive interview.

“There are no two ways about it, especially when you have enjoyed being the most muscular man in the world. But then again, who cares.”

Arnold is doing his best to reduce the signs of ageing by watching what he eats and keeping as active as possible.

“A body in motion stays in motion…there are always new challenges and there is always more fun.” He said.

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s has led an active life in and out of the gym. He was a seven-time bodybuilding world champion, one of Hollywood’s most bankable stars and served as Governor of California.
