Ever dreamed of having your own private beach?

Or maybe a giant floor-to-ceiling wine cellar to call your own?

Do you have a golden horse statue you need to keep somewhere – or need a giant walk-in wardrobe to show off all your threads?

If you’re after all of that, packaged up in a luxurious 4-bedroom home, the house of your dreams is actually 250 Smiths Lane in regional Victoria.

“This architectural showpiece delivers an absolutely one-of-a-kind 5-star family lifestyle with its flexible floorplan, first-class features and extraordinary poolside entertaining area to enjoy,” the realestate.com.au listing reads.

The luxurious home sits on 13 hectares of hills and farmland, and will go up for auction on Saturday 28 November at 10am AEDT.

Ray White sales consultant Trish Orrico told Yahoo Finance that the house is expected to sell for $1.2 to $1.3 million.

Though the house is some 83km away from Melbourne’s central business district, no compromise has been made on contemporary living as the house is furnished with marble walls and tabletops throughout.

“Add to this an expansive open-plan living/dining area complemented by a gourmet kitchen with centrepiece Carra Marble-top island bench/breakfast bar, ample cupboard space, premium AEG appliances (oven, steam, coffee machine and induction cooktop) and adjoining butler's pantry,” the listing states.

“Further features include a large laundry with ample linen cupboards, ducted heating and refrigerated cooling, additional wood heater (living area), alarm, CCTV, square-set ceilings and on-trend black fittings, quality engineered flooring throughout and double-glazed windows all-round.”

Each room in the house has floor-to-ceiling glass windows to let in the natural light, and every single bedroom is made to be spacious.

But the most eye-catching part of the house is the private beach located casually in the home’s backyard, just beyond the outdoor deck.

Perfect for drinks – which can be housed in the huge wine cellar, which doubles as a wall.

“Step outside to discover an expansive entertaining deck complete with retractable umbrellas, plus a simply amazing resort-style lagoon with its very own beach providing a hint of sea-change to go with your idyllic tree-change.”

If that isn’t enough for you and, you just need somewhere to get away, the house also has a dedicated theatre room, as well a totally self-contained cabin that is perfect for a secluded retreat.
