Rising childcare costs means kids are sent to school to early
New research shows Aussie kids are being pushed into school early because of the increasing financial burden due to the rising cost of childcare.
Experts say the flow on effect could be doing more harm than good.
“They end up spending the next 15 years of their lives not having the natural advantage of age” said Richard Glover.
“We have to think about that for some kids it is a safe place” said Angela Mollard.
