A Queensland man who lost his leg in a shark attack has spoken of the battles he faces after Centrelink refused disability payments.
Glenn Dickson lost his leg in a shark attack while spearfishing off Hinchinbrook Island in North Queensland.
He says he saw a bright light and could feel his body getting colder from catastrophic blood loss.
Since his incredible survival he says medical bills have been escalating.
The father of three's prosthetic leg costs around $70,000 and he needs regular physiotherapy.
He's raised over $51,000 dollars on his GoFundMe page.
