Adele makes a sick little Gold Coast girl's dreams come true

A little Gold Coast girl born with a chronic lung condition received a once-in-a-lifetime Adele experience during Sunday night's show at the Gabba.

After seeing Alliyah Broadby's story on 7 News, the organiser's of Adele's Brisbane concert reached out to make her dreams come true.

Born with chronic lung disease, most of three-year-old Alliyah's life has been spent in hospital.

But music therapy has helped her recovery.

After 7 News brought you Alliyah's story a community banded together to grant her biggest wish.

The Gabba and Adele's promoters offered her family a corporate box at the Brisbane show.

"Unbelievable... it's just something I could never imagine us doing," said mum Kathryn Gordon.

Alliyah watched her idol open with her favourite song.

Alliyah's family say they only went public with their story in the hope Adele would visit other sick children at Lady Cilento Hospital.

But never in their dreams did they expect such generosity.

"We're definitely paying it forward after this because this happens to other people, it doesn't happen to us."

It was an out-of-this-world experience for a little girl whose only wish now is for a regular life.
