Inside the Sydney home with a $70m price tag
As far as Sydney’s trophy homes go, one property on the harbour is right up there.
Phoenix Acres on the harbour at Vaucluse is built on about 3700 square metres, features six bedrooms, six bathrooms and its own English-style pub.
But it has the hefty price tag of around $70million.
Singaporean tycoon CK Ow has put the home up for sale after buying the property 22 years ago for $7million.
“He's only spending a couple of weeks a year here,” Ray White Double Bay agent Craig Potney said.
“(His) kids have grown up and he's become a bit of an empty nester.”

Mr Potney said it will be “interesting” to see how much the home sells for but he and its owner are hoping it’s “the next Australian record”.
“It's a very rare offering, you don't see properties like this come on the market very often,” he said.
Already there's interest from overseas and despite Sydney's real estate market cooling off – the expectation is, this will still be a hot property.
