Motorcyclist's horrific close call after stolen car speeds down wrong lane


A motorcyclist’s terrifying close call with a stolen car in Adelaide’s south has been caught on camera.

A camera on the bike shows the car travelling in the wrong lane on Main South Road at Hackam on Friday morning.

Fortunately, the motorcyclist wasn’t hurt.

It’s alleged the car was being driven by a 17-year-old boy before it was found abandoned Oaklands Park about 11am the same day.

The teen has been charged with the illegal use of a motor vehicle and hindering police.

He has been granted bailed to appear in court on April 11.
