Man found dead inside dinosaur statue days after going missing
A missing man has been found dead inside a dinosaur statue.
The 39-year-old was found inside a statue of a stegosaurus in Santa Coloma de Gramenet in Spain on Saturday afternoon, The Guardian reported.
A police spokeswoman told the publication a father and son found the man trapped inside one of the dinosaur's legs.
"It's an accidental death; there was no violence," she said.
"This person got inside the statue's leg and got trapped."
Police believe the man dropped his phone inside the statue and became stuck trying to retrieve it.
