Man caught on CCTV defecating in back alley behind home
A man has been filmed performing a disgusting act in an alley behind a home in Melbourne.
Eric Ly, who lives in South Yarra, told Yahoo News Australia he was pulling his car out from the driveway on Friday when he noticed faeces in the back alleyway.
“I thought, ‘that doesn’t look like dog poo’,” he said.
“So, I went back and looked at the CCTV.”
Video captured a man, who Mr Ly said he doesn’t know, walking in from the street about 10.30am.
He pulls his pants down and defecates before walking off.
Mr Ly said he’s lived at the property for four years.
“We’ve had people breaking in and syringes left on the ground,” he said.
“This is absolutely disgusting though. If it was a dog then you could blame it on the owner doing this.
“I’m not sure if this guy is from the neighbourhood.”
Mr Ly said it’s the only time he’s experienced behaviour like this and he’s reported it to police.
Victoria Police confirmed it is investigating the matter but yet to find the man responsible.
