MAFS' Olivia shares exciting news after shock split from Jackson

Just a few days after announcing her shock split from Jackson Lonie, Married At First Sight star Olivia Frazer has revealed some exciting news about her personal life.

The 28-year-old spoke openly about her next steps during an Instagram Live on Wednesday and shared her plans to get a dog to help her deal with the breakup.

“I think I’m going to get a puppy,” she said. “I want a French bulldog. My whole family has French bulldogs, they’re what I know.

“I feel there’s a massive depression tidal wave coming for me … and I want to do everything I can. And I feel like having a little puppy dog will hold me accountable to being okay, if that makes sense. I need to be responsible for something other than myself.”

Olivia also admitted that she and Jackson are still living together on the Central Coast while he’s training for his fight against fellow MAFS star Sam Carraro in October, but she wants to buy a house soon with her OnlyFans income.

“Next week I’m going to go and stay with friends,” she continued.

“I really just want to get my own place, I don’t want to be couch surfing for long. I’ve literally been couch surfing and living out of suitcases [in Europe] for the past two months and I was excited to finally get home and it’s just like… [sigh].

“I was contacted by a nice real estate agent today. I’d really love to buy a place [right now], but I want to have a certain amount of money in my bank account before I do that and I think the market is coming down, so I feel if I wait a few more months it’ll be the perfect time [to buy].”

‘Not going to cut it’

Elsewhere during the Instagram Live, Olivia opened up about her mental health following her split from Jackson.

“I take Lexapro for my anxiety but honestly, I need to go talk to my doctor because I’m on a very small, low dosage and honestly, it’s not going to cut it for the next few months,” she shared.

The couple announced their split on Instagram on Monday, sharing a lengthy statement alongside a gallery of photos during their relationship.

“After a wonderful 10 months together we have decided to go our separate ways,” they wrote. “There has always been a lot of love in our relationship and there will continue to be as we transition into a friendship.

“We have nothing but love and respect for one another, and no one is to blame for the end of this relationship. Simply a case of ‘almost perfect’.

“We hope you all can please show compassion as we navigate this privately.”
