Hilary Duff has shown off the results of her insane fitness transformation, with fans commending her for being ‘hard at work’ during coronavirus self-isolation.
The 32-year-old Younger star took to her Instagram account to post a photo, showing her wearing a bikini with her hair tied up on her head.
“I’ve still been counting my macros with my man @theflexible.dieting.coach and it’s truly helped me stay lean even while eating bread, chocolate, and wine,” she wrote.
The star went on say that she’s “grateful” to have found what works for her and also thanked Novo Body Fitness gym.
“I know it’s extra hard to keep up and find normalcy in quarantine but I truly hope you make at least 30 mins a day for yourself to stay connected,” she continued.
“Do whatever feels good for you even if it’s not food or fitness related.”
Hilary recently told Forbes that she’s been keeping busy in quarantine spending time at home with her kids, Luca, 7, and banks, 21 months, and her husband, Matthew Koma.
“We find whatever we can in the garage, like hula hoops and stepping stones I ordered, and we'll do relay races and obstacle courses and play a lot of monopoly.”
She also revealed she’s taken up guitar while in quarantine and tie-dyes shirts for her friends and Intsagram followers.
Back in March, Hilary called “millennial a**holes” for ignoring the threat of coronavirus.
“To all you young millennial a**holes that keep going out partying: go home,” Hilary said in a video posted on her Instagram story.
The blonde beauty subsequently urged young people to “stop killing old people, please”.
