Find out more about the Madiba Project

Madiba Project is a not for profit charity, established to help empower communities and young people in Sierra Leone (West Africa) by providing donated school supplies and infrastructure from Australian schools.

Founder Mikhail Kallon is passionate about educating young people and recognised the poor schooling conditions in his home country on a personal trip.

Mikhail visited a number of schools and was shocked at the lack of facilitates and resources available to support learning. In regional areas, schools were found to be severely lacking in relation to books and learning materials, and in many cases the schoolhouse was just a room or open area.

Mikhail has big plans to expand the Madiba Project and help more young people around the world. You can donate by heading to their website.
