'Filthy dog': Cheating allegations rock England cricket tour
English cricket has been rocked by reports opener Alex Hales has been dumped by his girlfriend after allegedly cheating on her during their tour of the West Indies.
Hales’ girlfriend Danni Gisbourne joined the team in the Carribbean before she learned of allegations the batsman had a fling with another woman, according to English outlet The Sun.
The newspaper quoted a source as saying: “She was absolutely clueless that days before she arrived Alex had jumped into bed with another woman. She was devastated when she found out.
“Danni hit the roof and confronted Alex. She dumped him there and then and got the next flight back to the UK. She’ll never take him back.”
The accusations have created a toxic culture in the camp with the players’ partners turning their back on the opener, according to the report.

“Alex is a filthy dog as far as the other wives and girlfriends are concerned,” The Sun quoted their source as saying.
The opening batsman has played for Big Bash teams the Melbourne Renegades, Adelaide Strikers and the Hobart Hurricanes.
This is not the first time Hales has made headlines outside of cricket.
The opener pleaded guilty to the England and Wales Cricket Board’s disciplinary committee for bringing the game into disrepute when he was involved in an incident – alongside allrounder Ben Stokes – outside a nightclub in September 2017 in Bristol.
Hales faced no criminal charges.
