'Everything downstairs is ruined': Homes flooded with water after main bursts
A burst water main has wreaked havoc in eastern Melbourne.
Residents in Kilsyth were left with flooded homes and streets overnight.
Some houses were inundated with water said to be ankle deep.
Kim Drew told 7News parts of her property, including her backyard and garage, were partially under water.
“Everything downstairs is ruined, ” Ms Drew said.
Fire crews and police responded overnight.
