Aldi's popular American snack food Special Buys are back
It's bound to be a popular day at Aldi today as the Special Buys aisle fills up with much-loved treats from the United States.
In the run-up to the American 4th July holiday, Aldi's middle aisle will feature some of the most popular chocolates and snacks from the US.
Even if you haven't spent any time in the States, you'll likely recognise the treats from American TV and movies.
From Milk Duds and Hershey Kisses to Babe Ruth's and Butterfingers, these snacks give you the chance to find out what all the fuss is about.
Aldi customers in the past have loved Reese's Dipped Pretzels $4.99 and Hershey's Popped Snack Mix $4.99, both perfect snacks to settle the sweet or salty debate.
Other snack foods that will be available include Pop-Tarts, unusual chip flavours such as Buffalo Wing and Texan BBQ Rib as well as a variety of BBQ rubs, seasoning and sauces to up your game when friends come for dinner.
One thing that will be on many people's shopping list is Frank's Hot Sauce. With the popularity of Buffalo wings these days, a good sauce to give them an authentic flavour is paramount.
In fact, Frank's Hot Sauce was the secret ingredient in the first-ever Buffalo wing, made in Buffalo, New York back in 1964.
