New twist after man's racist rant in Centrelink
A man caught on camera unleashing a racist tirade at an Adelaide Centrelink office will be charged with disorderly behaviour.
On Thursday morning police caught up with 57-year-old Troy Scott, who'd been in hiding since his foul-mouthed rant on Monday.
A video of Scott's abusive tirade has been viewed almost a million times online.
