Man pulls out bow and arrow in alleged Melbourne road rage incident

A man has pulled a bow and arrow out of the boot of his car in a reported road rage incident in Melbourne.

Sharyn Bertram was driving to pick up her daughter in the Wantirna area, east of the city centre, on October 26 when she noticed a man "running after a car."

She said the man was "very angry and waving his arms around" and she instantly thought someone had had a car accident, 3AW reported.

"But then I saw him run back to his car and pull out a bow and arrow and pointed it toward a car," she told Neil Mitchell.

Ms Bertram said the man then put the bow back in the boot and started to film as he pulled it out again.

"The second time, he put the arrow in the bow, aimed it and ran behind my car to shoot it at the car coming back in the opposite direction," she said.
