She pleaded guilty to 10 drug charges, after admitting selling drugs to clubbers at Brisbane club Secrets on Ann in 2014, News Corp reports.

The court heard that Atkinson had given to birth to her son just 11 weeks before her sentencing.

Justice John Byrne told the court that drugs could have a 'strong lure' but he hoped her new son would serve as an incentive for her to stay away from illegal substances.

“The sad fact is, when presented with a choice between a child or drugs, drug-dependent people choose the drugs almost every time,” he said.

Atkinson, who had 10 customers at the time of her arrest, also ran promotional agency for models in Brisbane.

Police reportedly found around $6,500 in her apartment and text messages on her phone arranging the drug deals and requesting 'coin'.

Queensland Police were unable to determine the size of Atkinson's network or how much profit she made.
