Twin strangers meet on college exchange

These identical strangers were blown away after meeting each other on a student exchange in Germany.

Ciara Murphy from Ireland and Cordelia Roberts from the UK had never crossed paths before moving to Germany when the strange encounter took place.

By sheer coincidence the doppelgängers didn't know a single person in Bremen and had people telling them that they looked alike.

"When I was going on nights out, people were starting to ask me did I come here with a sister, or a twin," said Murphy, from Wexford, Ireland.

Ms Roberts, from England, had an experience on a night out and was approached by people constantly asking her if they were sisters.

They 'twins' decided to take a 'selfie' together which is when they realised the uncanny resemblance.

Ciara’s friend Jessica said they’re now known as 'the twins' and are "always together now, they’re like a package deal."
