By now, many of us have been working from home for a couple of weeks – and are probably settled in a spot in our home where we like to work. But without the chair we usually have in the office, or the double screens some of us are lucky to use, it can be a bit... achey, to say the least.

Find yourself hunching over to look at your laptop screen? Or constantly rearranging yourself on your chair because it’s just so uncomfortable? You’re not alone. We don’t know how long we’re going to be working from home, so it’s best to make our set-up as pain-free as possible while we’re here.
