Bus driver sacrifices life for passengers

A driver in China has given his life to save the passengers on his bus when a flying piece of metal hit him after smashing through the windscreen.
Video footage from the bus shows the moment when 48-year old Wu Bin was struck in the arms and abdomen by a flying piece of metal that smashed through his window.
Despite the serious injury he immediately suffered, Bin managed to bring the bus to a stop and was able to reassure and calm passengers while the bus was still on the highway.
He was taken to hospital where he died four days later of injuries sustained in the accident.
The flying metal object was believed to have fallen from a truck heading in the opposite direction.
