Man beaten in his driveway during violent carjacking

A Birmingham man was lucky to avoid serious injury after he was attacked in his driveway during a brutal carjacking.

The UK man's CCTV system captured the moment a gang of thieves jumped out and assaulted him, dragging the 41-year-old to the ground.

The man was forced to let go of his car keys, which the gang then used to steal the car.

The 41-year-old's Audi was later found abandoned with forensic police now trying to identify the attackers.

The video shows one of the men acting as a look out as the rest of the group attack the victim, before the entire gang flees in the stolen car.
