Plane passenger films spectacular thunderstorm
The idea of flying into a storm is less than appealing, especially when you can see exactly what you’re taking off into.
A bright flash of lightning is probably the last thing you’d want to see.
However a passenger on a United Airlines flight from Chicago to Houston last Monday has filmed an amazing light show while waiting to take off.
In the footage you can hear the flight attendant going through the safety information over the PA.
She seems unbothered by the massive shots illuminating the night sky all around the plane.
While passengers may have been a little terrified the plane arrived at its destination safely.
