Woman makes relationship with cousin public to 'normalise incest'

A woman has revealed her relationship with her first cousin on Twitter in an effort to normalise incest.

The woman, who has the username Lil Marche, recently posted the confession alongside intimate pictures of the pair laying in bed and kissing. Their age and location are unknown.

She said she made the information public because she wants to change the stigma around incest.

"Can we change the stigma of incest?" she captioned an image.

"I shouldn't be limited to who I love because we're related.

"I'm just happy and in love, just so happen to be my cousin. What's the deal? Y'all need to get over who I f**k. Cousin or not,” she wrote on Twitter.

Followers were quick to lash out at the couple.

"I just want to know how your parents are okay with that?" one person said.

"There is a special place in hell for that," another added.

The woman refused to back down and hit back at the negative comments.

"I don't care what anyone says. Y'all not going to shame me - I'm in love. No need to be ashamed of it,” she wrote.
