Motorists Face Tough Drive During Blizzard in Grand Forks

Motorists faced tough conditions on the roads between Fargo and Grand Forks, North Dakota, on Monday, December 4, as a blizzard hit the region.

This video shared by truck driver Eric Hendrickson shows the heavy snowfall as he travelled from Fargo towards Grand Forks. The winter storm, dubbed Blizzard Axl, forced schools and businesses to close early on Monday in Grand Forks, the Grand Forks Herald reported. Police warned motorists that road accidents were proving common, the newspaper reported. Much of the eastern part of North Dakota, as well as central and eastern South Dakota, was under a winter winter weather advisory or winter storm watch on Monday.
